Crown Ford is family owned and operated.  Charlie Coats (also known as “Crown Charlie”) is the dealer principal.  He’s been in the automobile business for over 50 years and a principal dealer for 40 of those years.  His daughter, Roxanne Coats McDonald, is the Vice President of Operations.  Both are at the dealership on a daily basis, and both are available to assist you in any way desired.
